Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. water to knead dough

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR.
  2. ADD WATER AS PER REQUIREMENTS AND BIND THE DOUGH
  3. MIX AND KNEAD
  4. ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL AND KNEAD VERY WELL.REST THE DOUGH FOR 10 MINUTES.
  5. MAKE EQUAL SIZED BALLS.
  6. FLATTEN THE BALL AND DIP IN FLOUR..ROLL.
  7. ROLLED ROTI
  8. PUT TAWA ON HEAT. PUT ROTI ON IT.
  9. WHEN COOKED ON ONE SIDE.. FLIP IT.
  10. PUT IT ON DIRECT FLAME. IT WILL RISE UP.
  11. ADD ON GHEE AND SERVE HOT.
