Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gms mushroom
  2. 2cups veg/chicken stock
  3. 2tbsp corn flour
  4. 3-4 Green chillies finely chopped
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 medium sized onion chopped
  7. 3TBSP OIL
  8. 2 garlic cloves finely chopped

Instructions

  1. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 200 GMS MUSHROOMS, 1 ONION
  2. SAUTE TILL BROWN
  3. ADD 3-4 GREEN CHILLIES, 2 GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE FOR A FEW SECONDS
  4. ADD 2 CUPS VEG /CHICKEN STOCK / WATER TO THE MUSHROOMS
  5. ADD SALT & PEPPER
  6. MIX 5 TBSP WATER WITH 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR TO MAKE A SLURRY
  7. ADD THE SLURRY
  8. SIMMER & COOK COVERED ON LOW HEAT TILL THICK
  9. STIR IN BETWEEN, TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN DONE
  10. SERVE HOT
