Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. peas 1 cup
  2. Cottage cheese 200 gms
  3. onion 2 medium
  4. tomato 4 medium
  5. ginger 1"piece
  6. garlic 10-12clove
  7. Green chillies 2
  8. salt to taste
  9. Kashmiri mirch1/2 tsp
  10. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  11. coriander powder 1tsp
  12. Kasoori methi 1/4tsp
  13. Gram masala1/4tsp
  14. oil to fry
  15. ghee 2-3tbsp

Instructions

  1. COLLECT ALL THE INGREDIENTS AT THE KITCHEN COUNTER
  2. PAR BOIL A CUP OF PEAS AND DEEP FRY 200GMS PANEER CUBES
  3. IN 3TBSP OF HOT GHEE ADD BAY LEAF CLOVES AND STAR ANISE COOK FOR A MINUTE AND ADD 2TBSP OF GINGER GARLIC AND GREEN CHILI PASTE
  4. COOK THE PASTE TILL THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF AND ADD 2 MEDIUM SIZED ONIONS PASTE AND COOK ON SLOW TILL BROWN
  5. ADD 4 MEDIUM TOMATOES PUREE AND COOK TILL WATER EVAPORATES
  6. ADD SALT, KASHMIRI MIRCH POWDER,TURMERIC,CORINDER POWDER AND A LITTLE WATER TO COOK THE SPICES
  7. ADD PEAS AND A CUP OF WATER AND COVER IT WITH A LID FOR ABOUT 10MINUTES ON SLOW FLAME
  8. NOW ADD PANEER CUBES AND A CUP OF WATER AND COVER IT COOK FOR ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES
  9. ADD ROASTED AND POWDERED KASOORI METHI AND PREFERABLY HOMEMADE GARAM MASALA POWDER AND COVER IT FOR FIVE MINUTES
