Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lobiya 250 gm
  2. salt to taste
  3. ginger 1
  4. garlic 9
  5. chilli 1
  6. tomato 4
  7. onion 2
  8. oil 2 tbsp
  9. Heeng pinch
  10. jeera 1 tsp
  11. haldi v little
  12. Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala 1;/2 tsp
  14. Bayleaf 2

Instructions

  1. SOAK LUBIYA IN HOT WATER FOR 2 HOURS.
  2. TAKE 4 TOMATOES 2 ONIONS 8 TO 10 GARLIC CLOVES 1 INCH GINGER 1 GREEN CHILLI. PUREE THEM ALL.
  3. GRIND IT
  4. PUREE IS READY
  5. PUT 2 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN. ADD IN A PINCH OF HEENG.
  6. ADD 1 TSP JEERA
  7. ADD 2 BAY LEAVES
  8. ADD LITTLE HALDI POWDER
  9. ADD PUREE
  10. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER AND 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  11. MIX
  12. COVER THE LID AND COOK FOR SOMETIME
  13. ADD IN LUBIA
  14. ADD SALT. COVER THE LID AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES OR TILL THE LUBIYA ARE COOKED
