Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For gulab jamun:-
  2. Bread slices-4
  3. Milk -1cup
  4. Sugar -1cup
  5. Water-1 1/2cup
  6. Cardamom-2-3 opt
  7. For tiramisu
  8. Whipped cream -1/2cup
  9. Coffee powder-2tsp
  10. Chocolate curls-2tsp

Instructions

  1. TEAR 4 BREAD SLICES.
  2. SLOWLY ADD 1 CUP MILK.
  3. KNEAD TO FORM A DOUGH.
  4. MAKE SMALL, SMOOTH BALLS FROM THE DOUGH.
  5. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR & 1 CUP WATER.
  6. ADD 2-3 CRUSHED CARDAMOM PODS. STIR.
  7. DEEP FRY THE DOUGH BALLS ON MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. KEEP ASIDE.
  8. ADD WATER IN 1 TSP COFFEE POWDER. MIX.
  9. ADD COFFEE SYRUP TO 1/2 CUP WHIPPED CREAM. MIX.
  10. FILL A PIPING BAG WITH THE WHIPPED CREAM MIXTURE.
  11. PIPE THE CREAM INTO THE GLASS & PUT 1 GULAB JAMUN.
  12. ALTERNATE WITH THE WHIPPED CREAM MIXTURE & THE GULAB JAMUN.
  13. SPRINKLE COFFEE POWDER.
  14. DECORATE WITH 2 TSP CHOCOLATE CURLS. SERVE.
