  1. 5 slices of bread
  2. 1 cup mota bhujiya
  3. 1/2 Chop onion
  4. 1 tsp chop ginger
  5. 1 boiled potato
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp chaat masala
  10. Lemon juice
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. CRUSH COARSLY MOTA BHUJIYA DON'T MAKE POWDER ADD ONION
  2. AND GINGER OR CORIANDER LEAVES SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. MIX ALL OF THEM
  4. SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  5. TAKE WATER IN BOWL LIGHTLY DIP BREAD PRESS GENTLY
  6. ADD FILLING AND MAKE LIKE A BALL
  7. PREPARE ALL ROLLS LIKE THAT
  8. NOW FRY THEM IN HEATED OIL
  9. OUR BHUJIYA BREAD ROLLS ARE READY
  10. SERVE THEM WITH SAUCE
