ABOUT Biscuit Cheesecake RECIPE

An easy and delicious dessert that can be enjoyed by all at any party. A cheesecake is usually made of a graham cracker crust and cheese layer. Instead of graham cracker i have used cashew biscuits to make the crust thus making it very nutty. And i have topped it also with whip cream and biscuit. The biscuits on top can be replaced with fresh fruits or can be had without any topping as the cheesecake in itself is tasty to have.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For crust
  2. cashew biscuit - 8
  3. butter - 30g melted
  4. For cheesecake
  5. cream cheese - 75g
  6. sugar - 95g
  7. Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  8. lime Juice - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. egg - 1
  10. FOR GARNISH
  11. Whip cream - 1/2 cup
  12. sugar - 2 tablespoon
  13. Chocolate biscuit - 2

Instructions

  1. CRUSH 8 CASHEW BISCUITS, CRUMBLE WITH 30 GMS BUTTER
  2. GREASE & LINE A CAKE TIN WITH BUTTER PAPER
  3. ADD THE COOKIE MIXTURE
  4. PRESS DOWN, BAKE AT 180 DEGREES FOR 5 MINS
  5. WHISK 75 GMS CREAM CHEESE
  6. ADD 95 GMS SUGAR, WHISK
  7. ADD 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE
  9. ADD 1 EGG
  10. WHISK IT
  11. POUR BATTER OVER THE COOLED COOKIE BASE
  12. PLACE THE PAN INTO A LARGER PAN
  13. POUR HOT WATER INTO THE LARGER PAN
  14. BAKE AT 200 DEGREES FOR 40 MINS
  15. COOL, LOOSEN THE EDGES
  16. PLACE A CAKE BOARD OVER IT
  17. PUT THE PAN UPSIDE DOWN
  18. CAREFULLY DE MOULD
  19. INVERT, DECORATE WITH WHIPPED CREAM
  20. PUT SOME CHOCOLATE COOKIES
  21. SPRINKLE POWDERED BISCUITS, CHILL & SERVE
