Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Onion 1 big size
  3. Tomato 1 big size
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Garlic 4 cloves
  6. Ginger 1 inch
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  9. Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. ADD OIL IN KADAI. SAUTE FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  2. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, GARLIC AND GINGER
  3. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES. SAUTE
  4. TAKE 1 TSP SALT, RED CHILLI, GARAM MASALA, FENNEL, CORIANDER, AMCHUR POWDER AND 1/4 TSP TURMERIC
  5. ADD SPICE POWDER AND SALT. MIX WELL
  6. COOK TILL OIL SEPARATES FROM GRAVY
  7. ADD HOMEMADE CRUMBLED PANEER
  8. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND SAUTE. COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINS
