Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Multigrain atta or atta 1 Cup
  2. Bajra flour 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Ajwain 1 tsp
  7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  9. coriander leaves chopped
  10. Ghee for cooking

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP ATTA OR MULTIGRAIN ATTA AND 1 CUP BAJRA FLOUR
  2. TAKE 1 TSP SALT, RED CHILLI , PEPPER, CUMIN POWDER, AJWAIN AND 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD SPICES AND SALT TO FLOUR. MIX WELL
  4. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. ADD WARM WATER
  6. KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  7. REST THE DOUGH FOR 15 MINUTES
  8. SHAPE SMALL BALLS
  9. ROLL ROTIS
  10. APPLY GHEE AND COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME
  11. FLIP ON BOTH SIDES AND COOK
