  1. 1 1/4 cup all purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 cup dry fruits
  3. 2 tbsp orange juice
  4. 1/4 cup oil
  5. 1/2 cup sugar cane
  6. 4 tbsp honey
  7. 3 tbsp coco powder
  8. 1/2 cup water
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP DRY FRUITS IN 2 TBSP OF ORANGE JUICE
  2. HEAT 1/2 CUP OF WATER
  3. TAKE OFF HEAT, ADD 1/2 CUP SOAKED DRY FRUITS
  4. ADD 4 TBSP HONEY, 1/4 CUP OIL
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR CANE JUICE / BROWN SUGAR
  6. SIEVE 1-1/4 CUP FLOUR, 3 TBSP COCOA POWDER
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  8. MIX THE DRY & WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  9. FOLD WITH A SPATULA FOR EVEN MIXING
  10. POUR THE BATTER INTO A GREASED BAKING TIN
  11. MICROWAVE IT FOR 5 MINS
  12. INSERT A TOOTHPICK TO CHECK IF IT'S DONE
  13. ALLOW THE CAKE TO COOL
