  2. Sugar 3 tbsp
  3. Cardamon 3
  4. Dessicated coconut 3 tbsp
  5. Ghee 1 tbsp
  6. Saffron
  7. Milk 2 tbps

Instructions

  1. SOAK SAFFRON IN 2 TBSP MILK
  2. ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR, 3 CARDAMON AND 15 PISTAS IN BLENDER. MAKE A FINE POWDER
  3. ADD 3 TBSP DESSICATED COCONUT TO SUGAR MIXTURE
  4. MIX WELL
  5. KNEAD 200 GMS KHOYA
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GHEE IN A KADAI
  7. ADD KHOYA
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD SAFFRON MILK
  10. ADD COCONUT SUGAR MIXTURE
  11. MIX WELL TILL IT TURNS THICK AND LEAVES THE SIDES OF PAN
  12. GREASE A TRAY WITH GHEE
  13. SPREAD BURFI MIX
  14. CUT IN TO PIECES
