Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 litre milk
  2. 1/8 cup soaked rice
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 tbsp Chopped Nuts
  5. 1 tsp Cardmon powder
  6. 4-5 Saffron's strands
  7. Nuts for garnish
  8. For malpua---
  9. 1/2 cup flour
  10. 1/4 cup mava
  11. Milk as required
  12. For sugar syrup---
  13. 1/2 cup sugar
  14. 1/2 cup water
  15. 2 digestive biscuits
  16. 1/2 tsp Cardmon powder
  17. Rose petals

Instructions

  1. HEAT MILK IN A PAN
  2. GRIND SOAKED RICE IN MIXI
  3. AND MIX IN HEATED MILK
  4. REGULAR STIR AND COOK
  5. TILL RICE COOKED AND BECOME THICK
  6. ADD SUGAR AND NUTS
  7. ADD CARDMON POWDER AND MIX
  8. ADD SAFFRON SYRUP
  9. TRANSFER IN A BOX AND KEEP IN FREEZE
  10. NOW ADD MAIDA MAVA AND MILK AND MAKE SMOOTH BATTER HEAT GHEE AND MAKE MINI MALPUA
  11. FRY THEM AND TAKE THEM OUT
  12. DIP THEM IN SUGAR SYRUP
  13. NOW TAKE PHIRNI AND SERVE WITH MINI MALPUA
  14. GARNISH WITH NUTS AND ROSE PETALS
