ABOUT Wagh Bakri Spiced Tea Cake RECIPE

It's a cake with a unique blend of seven refreshing spices, wagh bakri tea cake may be new for some people, it's a Christmas time, so made a new style of spiced cake which doesn't need any cardamom powder or any other spice because itself the chai patti is blend with flavoured taste, good to be served in parties, christmas party or any other occasion with a new yet innovative version of celebrating the occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Oil 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla essence few drops
  5. Wagh Bakri Spiced Tea 3/4cup (use milk 1 cup, reduced to 3/4 cup of chai, put 1 teaspoon patti in boiling milk)
  6. Baking soda 1/ 2 teaspoon
  7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Chopped almonds for decorating
  9. 7 SPICES ALL IN 1 CHAI, SPECIAL WAGH BAKRI SPICED CHAI

Instructions

  1. TAKE A CHAI WOK OR CHAI PAN, ADD MILK IN IT. GIVE A PROPER BOIL, ADD CHAI PATTI IN IT.
  2. ADD SUGAR. KEEP ON SIM FLAME TILL CHAI GETS READY
  3. TAKE OUT IN A CUP (CHAAN LE) AND KEEP ASIDE TO COOL. ON THE OTHER SIDE TAKE A BOWL ADD SUGAR AND OIL.
  4. PUT TOGETHER AND BEAT WELL. ADD FEW DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE, MIX WELL
  5. NOW SIEVE MAIDA,BAKING POWDER, AND BAKING SODA ALL THREE TOGETHER. SIEVE NICELY.
  6. ADD THIS IN OIL SUGAR BEATED MIXTURE. ADD WAGH BAKRI SPICED CHAI TO IT, PUT SLOWLY SLOWLY, BLEND WELL
  7. ON THE THIRD SIDE PREHEAT OVEN, CONVECTION MODE AT 150 DEGREE FOR 10 MINUTES
  8. IN BETWEEN WHILE THE OVEN GETS PREHEATED, TAKE ALUMINIUM TIN GREECE IT WITH OIL. SPRINKLE MAIDA.
  9. PUT THE SPICED TEA CHAI BATTER IN IT, DECORATE WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS, AND TAP IT
  10. PREHEAT FOR FEW SECONDS. OPEN THE DOOR OF MICROWAVE, PLACE THE CAKE TIN INSIDE
  11. GO TO CONVECTION MODE SET 150 DEGREE FOR 40 MIN, PRESS START. LET IT COOK FOR FEW SECONDS.
  12. OPEN THE DOOR, CHECK WITH A TOOTHPICK, IF IT COMES OUT CLEAN THAT MEANS IT'S READY
