Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tender lady's finger 5-6 no.s
  2. curd 11/2 cup
  3. salt 3/4 tsp
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Cooking oil 4 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp spoon
  7. Red chilli 1
  8. coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. WASH AND DRY, CUT THE HEAD AND TAIL OF LADY'S FINGERS, THEN SLICE THEM IN TO THIN CIRCULAR PIECES
  2. TAKE A CUP FULL OF SLICES
  3. HEAT OIL
  4. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND RED CHILLI, LET IT SPLIT
  5. ADD SLIT GREEN CHILLI AND LADY FINGER AND SAUTE TILL THEY ARE CARAMELIZED
  6. ADD SALT, SAUTE AND SWITCH OFF, ALLOW IT TO COMPLETE COOL IN ROOM TEMPERATURE
  7. ADD CURD AND MIX
  8. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
