  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Pepper 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1.5 tsp
  4. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  5. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  6. Vegetables
  7. Garlic 10 cloves
  8. Spring onion handful
  9. Carrot 1 big
  10. Beans 10
  11. Baby corn 10
  12. Green capsicum 1
  13. Yellow capsicum 1
  14. Red capsicum 1
  15. Cabbage 6 leaves
  16. Celery 10 leaves
  17. Boiled baby corn 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. RINSE AND BOIL 1 CUP BASMATI RICE WITH 1 TSP OIL
  2. STRAIN THE RICE AND KEEP ASIDE
  3. CHOP 1 BIG CARROT, 10 BEANS, CABBAGE 6 LEAVES, 1 GREEN, RED, YELLOW CAPSICUM AND 10 BABY CORNS
  4. ADD 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL. SAUTE 10 CHOPPED GARLIC
  5. ADD SPRING ONION. SAUTE
  6. ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES.SAUTE
  7. ADD BOILED 1/4 CUP CORN AND 10 CELERY LEAVES.SAUTE
  8. ADD 1.5 TSP SALT AND 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER. MIX WELL
  9. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE. MIX WELL
  10. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE. MIX WELL
  11. ADD BOILED RICE
  12. MIX GENTLY
