Methi mutter malai is one of the favourite sabzi at my home and popular among my friends during winter season we get fresh methi and green peas and the taste of freshness doubles the taste of sabzi , I usually make missi roti with this sabzi , its a punjabi sabzi so friends lets make this authentic sabzi

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup cashewnuts soak in milk
  2. 2cups finely chopped methi
  3. 1cup boiled green peas
  4. 1/2 cup malai
  5. 1/2Cup milk
  6. 7-8Cloves garlic crushed
  7. 1-2Green chilly crushed
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sugar half tsp
  10. Ghee2tsp
  11. 1Cup finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. SOAK CASHEWNUTS IN MILK FOR 1HR AND GRIND IT
  2. IT SHOULD NOT BE WATERY
  3. ADD 2TSP OF GHEE IN PAN
  4. ADD 1TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS AND CRUSHED GREENCHILLY AND GARLIC
  5. ADD 1CUP OF ONION FINELY CHOPPED
  6. WHEN ONION TURNS GOLDEN ADD CASHEWNUT PASTE
  7. ADD HALF CUP OF MALAI
  8. AFTER A.MINUTE ADD HALF CUP OF MILK
  9. ADD SALT
  10. ADD 2CUPS OF FRESH METHI FINELY CHOPPED
  11. ADD HALF A TSP OF SUGAR (OPTIONAL)
  12. ADD 1/2 BOWL OF BOILED GREEN PEAS
  13. COVER IT WITH LID AND COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES
  14. SERVE IN BOWL
