ADD 3TBSP MILK FROM 250ML MILK TO 2TBSP VANILLA CUSTARD POWDER. MAKE A PASTE
BOIL REMAINING MILK
ADD 2TBSP SUGAR AND CUSTARD POWDER PASTE
KEEP STIRRING ON LOW FLAME UNTIL IT THICKENS
ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
MAKE CRUMBS OF 4 DIGESTIVE BISCUITS
IN A BOWL ADD COLD CREAM, CONDENSED MILK, PUDDING, HALF OF MASHED BANANA
BLEND EVERYTHING WELL
POUR THE ICE CREAM IN COLD AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
SLICE REMAINING HALF BANANA. ADD AS TOPPINGS ALONG WITH DIGESTIVE BISCUITS CRUMBS
FREEZE THE ICE CREAM FOR 6-7 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
SERVE COLD
