ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Fresh cream 2tablepoon
Sambhar powder 2teaspoon
turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
oil 2tablepoon
salt to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing
water 2cups
Instructions
HEAT OIL IN KADAI AND SAUTE ONION, GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND TOMATO.
ADD CAULIFLOWER TO THE BOILED WATER WITH PINCH OF TURMERIC AND A TEASPOON OF SALT.
ADD SAMBHAR POWDER, TURMERIC AND SALT TO THE ONION AND TOMATO MIXTURE.
BEAT EGG WITH PEPPER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
IN ANOTHER KADHAI HEAT OIL AND POUR THE EGG MIXTURE AND IMMEDIATELY ADD BLANCHED CAULIFLOWER TO IT.
MIX THOROUGHLY TILL EGGS COAT WELL ON THE CAULIFLOWER.
ADD WATER TO THE ONION AND TOMATO GRAVY AND LET IT BOIL.
CAULIFLOWER EGG IS DONE.
ADD CAULIFLOWER EGG TO THE GRAVY AND MIX WELL.
ADD FRESH CREAM TO THE GRAVY.
LET IT COOK FOR FEW MINUTES.
SPRINKLE CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND IT'S DONE.
TRANSFER IT TO A SERVING DISH AND IT'S READY TO CONSUME WITH ROTIS, PARATHAS AND ANY FLAVOURED RICE.
