ABOUT MALAI EGG CAULIFLOWER RECIPE

Blanched cauliflower mixed in egg pepper mixture and add to the onion tomato gravy with fresh cream. One of the delicious recipes for party favorite in our family.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cauliflower 1
  2. egg 3
  3. pepper 1 teaspoon
  4. onion 2
  5. tomato 4
  6. ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  7. Fresh cream 2tablepoon
  8. Sambhar powder 2teaspoon
  9. turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. oil 2tablepoon
  11. salt to taste
  12. coriander leaves for garnishing
  13. water 2cups

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN KADAI AND SAUTE ONION, GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND TOMATO.
  2. ADD CAULIFLOWER TO THE BOILED WATER WITH PINCH OF TURMERIC AND A TEASPOON OF SALT.
  3. ADD SAMBHAR POWDER, TURMERIC AND SALT TO THE ONION AND TOMATO MIXTURE.
  4. BEAT EGG WITH PEPPER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  5. IN ANOTHER KADHAI HEAT OIL AND POUR THE EGG MIXTURE AND IMMEDIATELY ADD BLANCHED CAULIFLOWER TO IT.
  6. MIX THOROUGHLY TILL EGGS COAT WELL ON THE CAULIFLOWER.
  7. ADD WATER TO THE ONION AND TOMATO GRAVY AND LET IT BOIL.
  8. CAULIFLOWER EGG IS DONE.
  9. ADD CAULIFLOWER EGG TO THE GRAVY AND MIX WELL.
  10. ADD FRESH CREAM TO THE GRAVY.
  11. LET IT COOK FOR FEW MINUTES.
  12. SPRINKLE CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND IT'S DONE.
  13. TRANSFER IT TO A SERVING DISH AND IT'S READY TO CONSUME WITH ROTIS, PARATHAS AND ANY FLAVOURED RICE.
