Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 300 gms boneless fish( bite sized pieces)
  2. 1tbsp sesame oil
  3. 1tbsp olive oil
  4. 2tbsp soy sauce
  5. 2tbsp tomato chilly sauce
  6. 1tsp red chilly sauce
  7. 1tsp vinegar
  8. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 1 egg white
  10. 4tbsp corn flour
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
  12. 1/2 cup julienned capsicum and red bell pepper
  13. 4green chillies slit lengthwise and deseeded
  14. oil for frying
  15. 1 Cup water

Instructions

  1. MARINATE 300 GMS BONELESS FISH WITH 1 EGG WHITE, SALT, PEPPER, 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  2. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, KEEP ASIDE
  3. MIX 4 TBSP WATER WITH 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  4. MIX 2 TBSP EACH OF SOYA SAUCE & TOMATO CHILLI SAUCE
  5. HEAT 1 TBSP SESAME & 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL, SAUTE 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP BEANS & CARROTS, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINS
  7. ADD SALT AND 1 TSP VINEGAR, MIX
  8. ADD SAUCES, 1 CUP WATER
  9. ADD THE CORNFLOUR SLURRY, BRING TO A BOIL
  10. ADD FRIED FISH
  11. COVER & COOK FOR 3 MINS
  12. WHEN GRAVY TURNS THICK, TAKE OFF HEAT
  13. SERVE HOT
