Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Multigrain atta or Atta 3 cups
  2. Ghee / Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Fresh Methi 1 cup
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Carrom seeds or Ajwain 1 tsp
  6. Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. ADD 3 CUPS OF MULTIGRAIN ATTA OR PLAIN ATTA.ADD 1 TBSP GHEE
  2. ADD 1 CUP METHI
  3. ADD 1 TSP AJWAIN AND SALT
  4. MIX WELL
  5. ADD WATER
  6. KNEAD A SOFT SOUGH
  7. REST THE DOUGH FOR 15 MINUTES
  8. SHAPE THE DOUGH
  9. ROLL ROTIS
  10. FRY ROTIS ON TAWA
  11. APPLY GHEE ON BOTH SIDES
