Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 small bol oil
  2. 4 cup boil and meshed mix vegetable
  3. 3 tbsp onion chilly paste
  4. 1 calcium chooped
  5. 1 cup redchilly garlic paste
  6. 2.5 cup vegetable water
  7. 2 tsp pavbhaji masala
  8. 2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 1 tsp Cumin Coriander powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  14. Hand full of coriander chooped

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA IN 1/4 CUP HOT OIL
  2. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN, 3 TBSP GREEN CHILLI-ONION PASTE
  3. MIX & SAUTE
  4. ADD 1 CHOPPED CAPSICUM, SAUTE
  5. ADD 1 CUP RED CHILLI-GARLIC PASTE
  6. MIX & SAUTE
  7. ADD 4 CUPS CHOPPED TOMATOES
  8. COOK TILL DRY
  9. ADD 1.5 TSP EACH OF PAV BHAJI MASALA & GARAM MASALA, 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI, CUMIN & CORIANDER
  10. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC & SALT TO TASTE
  11. MIX
  12. COVER & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  13. ADD 2.5 CUPS VEGETABLE STOCK
  14. COVER & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  15. MASH THE MASALA
  16. ADD 4 CUPS MASHED MIXED VEGGIES OF CHOICE
  17. ADD 2 TSP LEMON JUICE
  18. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF PAV BHAJI MASALA & GARAM MASALA
  19. ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CORIANDER
  20. SIMMER FOR 10-15 MINS
