ABOUT Vegetable Dosa Sandwich RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cups Rawa
  2. 1 cup Dahi
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 cup grated cheez
  5. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  6. Tomato Sauce
  7. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 cup chopped onion
  9. 1 cup chopped capcicum
  10. 1 cup chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. MIX 2 CUPS SEMOLINA, 1 CUP CURD, SALT
  2. ADD 1 CUP WATER & MIX
  3. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE
  4. KEEP ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR
  5. ADD LITTLE WATER TO BATTER IF REQUIRED
  6. POUR SOME BATTER ON A HOT, GREASED TAVA
  7. ADD SOME OIL
  8. REMOVE WHEN DONE
  9. MAKE ANOTHER DOSA
  10. SPREAD 1/2 TSP EACH OF CAPSICUM, TOMATOES, CORIANDER & ONIONS
  11. SPREAD 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE
  12. SPRINKLE 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  13. SPREAD 2 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
  14. TOP WITH ANOTHER DOSA, PRESS DOWN LIGHTLY
  15. COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  16. FLIP & BROWN ON THE OTHER SIDE
  17. COOK COVERED FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS
  18. CUT IN FOUR PIECES
  19. SERVE HOT
