Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1 cup
  3. Jaggery 1 cup
  4. Cardamom seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Clove 4
  6. Water
  7. Salt a pinch
  8. Ghee 1/2 cup
  9. Chopped dry fruits and nuts few

Instructions

  1. WASH, SOAK 4 HOURS AND DRAIN WATER, ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  2. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  3. ADD CARDAMOM AND CLOVE
  4. JAGGERY AND WATER
  5. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. ADD GHEE AND FRY DRY FRUITS, KEEP ASIDE
  7. POUR THE BATTER INTO THE SAME PAN ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  8. ADD SALT AND STIR THE MIXTURE
  9. IN THE MEANTIME GREASE THE PLATE WITH GHEE
  10. WHEN THE MIXTURE STARTS THICKENING ADD GHEE AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  11. WHEN THE MIXTURE LEAVES THE BOTTOM AND EDGES OF THE PAN SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  12. TRANSFER INTO A PLATE AND SPREAD
  13. ALLOW IT TO COOL, DECORATE WITH DRY FRUITS
  14. JUST PRESS THE DRY FRUITS
  15. AFTER COMPLETE COOL CUT IN SHAPES AND SERVE
