Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green gram 1 cup
  2. Spinach chopped 1 cup
  3. Onion chopped 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for deep fry
  6. Dry fruits and nuts few
  7. Tuti-fruit few

Instructions

  1. TAKE A CUP OF SOAKED GREEN GRAM
  2. ADD SALT AND GRIND
  3. GRIND COARSELY WITHOUT WATER
  4. ADD ONION AND SPINACH
  5. ADD GARLIC, DRY FRUITS AND NUTS ALONG TUTI-FRUIT
  6. JUST GRIND IT FOR A MINUTE TO MIX WELL
  7. TRANSFER TO A PLATE
  8. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND FLATTEN THEM
  9. JUST PRESS WITH THE BACK OF THE FORK
  10. JUST HOLE IT HERE AND THERE FOR FRY CRISPY
  11. HEAT THE OIL
  12. DROP THEM INTO ROLLING HOT OIL IN BATCHES
  13. FRY BOTH THE SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN IN MEDIUM FLAME
  14. REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER OR VESSEL, SERVE IN HOT
