Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli 1 cup
  2. 1/2 Lemon juice
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. For Seasoning
  6. oil 2 tbsp
  7. Mustard
  8. Channa dal 1 tsp
  9. Peanuts 1 tsp
  10. Cashews 3
  11. Green chilli 1
  12. Red Chillies 2
  13. curry leaves
  14. Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1 CUP VERMICELLI TILL THE COLOUR CHANGES TO REDDISH BROWN
  2. COOL THE VERMICELLI
  3. IN A KADAI. ADD OIL. WHEN IT IS HOT ADD MUSTARD.
  4. SAUTE 1 TSP CHANNA DAL, CASHEWS AND PEANUTS
  5. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, 2 RED CHILLIES AND CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER AND 1 TSP SALT
  8. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES. BOIL THE WATER
  9. WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING ADD ROASTED VERMICELLI. STIR CONSTANTLY
  10. TURN OFF THE FLAME WHEN VERMICELLI IS COOKED
  11. ADD 1/2 LEMON JUICE
  12. MIX WELL
