Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Watermelon rind chopped 2 cup
  2. Dosa rice soaked 2 cup
  3. water
  4. salt to taste
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. AFTER TAKING THE WATERMELON FRUIT PART THE DISCARDED GREEN PART'S INNER SIDE HAS SOFTNESS.
  2. THIS WHITE PART IS NOT AS SWEET AS THE PINK, SEPARATE IT FROM GREEN TOUGH SKIN.
  3. CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES
  4. PLACE IN A BLENDER
  5. ADD SOAKED RICE
  6. ADD SALT AND VERY LITTLE WATER
  7. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  8. CHECK IN BETWEEN
  9. POUR INTO A VESSEL
  10. BATTER SHOULD BE RUNNY, SO ADD SOME MORE WATER
  11. HEAT THE GRIDDLE, APPLY OIL
  12. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND CLOSE THE LID, COOK FOR 1-2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  13. JUST FOLD IT, REMOVE AND TRANSFER TO A PLATE
