Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soaked green gram 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1 cup
  3. jaggery 1 1/2 cup
  4. water
  5. salt a pinch
  6. cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  7. raisins few
  8. Mixed chopped dry fruits and nuts few
  9. ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD WATER TO SOAKED AND DRAINED GREEN GRAM, LET IT BE COOK
  2. COOK SMOOTHLY
  3. TAKE A CUP OF COCONUT AND ADD WATER
  4. GRIND COARSELY
  5. STRAIN, KEEP THE THICK MILK ASIDE
  6. AGAIN ADD WATER AND GRIND, STRAIN IT
  7. DRAIN THE EXCESS LIQUID OF COOKED GREEN GRAM
  8. BOIL THE WATERY COCONUT MILK
  9. ADD JAGGERY, LET IT COMPLETELY DISSOLVE
  10. ADD COOKED GREEN GRAM
  11. PINCH OF SALT AND CARDAMOM POWDER
  12. FRY DRY FRUITS AND NUTS
  13. WHEN THE CONSISTENCY STARTS THICKNESS, ADD THICK COCONUT MILK
  14. LET IT BE BOIL, ADD RAISINS, DRY FRUITS AND NUTS, SWITCH OFF AND ALLOW IT TO COOL
