Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chap 6
  2. For Marination
  3. 1teaspoon ginger Garlic paste
  4. 1cup curd
  5. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  6. 1teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoonGaram.masala
  8. 1 teaspoon Corriander powder
  9. salt to taste
  10. For maida slurry
  11. 2 table spoon maida
  12. 1 teaspoonOregano seasoning
  13. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  14. salt to taste
  15. 2 cup nuttreela chunks
  16. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. BOIL 6 FROZEN SOYA CHAAPS
  2. KEEP ASIDE WHEN THEY TURN SOFT
  3. MARK WITH LONG SLITS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC TO 1 CUP CURD
  5. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  7. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  9. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, MIX TILL SMOOTH
  10. MARINATE CHAAPS IN IT
  11. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  12. GRIND 2 CUPS SOYA CHUNKS
  13. MAKE A COARSE POWDER
  14. MAKE A SMOOTH SLURRY WITH 2 TBSP FLOUR & 1/4 CUP WATER
  15. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF OREGANO & CHILLI FLAKES
  16. ADD SALT, MIX
  17. DIP MARINATED CHAAPS IN THE SLURRY, ROLL ON NUTRELA CRUMBS
  18. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  19. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
