Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram chopped paneer in un even pieces
  2. 2 table spoon soya sauce
  3. 1/2cup oil
  4. 2 chopped onion
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 Chopped tomatoes
  7. 2 bay leaf
  8. 4 red dry chilli
  9. 2 BLACK CARDAMOM
  10. 2 green cardamom
  11. 1 unch cinnamon
  12. 1/2turmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspoon red chillies powder
  14. 1 teaspoon Corriander powder
  15. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Corriander leaves to garnish
  18. Ginjer jullions

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE CHUNKS
  2. MARINATE IN 1/4 CUP SOYA SAUCE
  3. REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS
  4. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD WHOLE MASALA
  5. ADD 2 ONIONS, 2 DRY RED CHILLIES
  6. ADD 2 TOMATOES, 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. SAUTE TILL DRY
  8. COOL & GRIND IN A MIXIE JAR
  9. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE
  10. HEAT 1/4 CUP OIL, ADD GROUND PASTE
  11. STIR TILL GLOSSY
  12. ADD 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  13. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  14. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  15. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  16. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  17. SAUTE
  18. ADD 1/2 CUP CURD
  19. COOK FOR 3-4 MINS
  20. ADD MARINATED COTTAGE CHEESE
  21. COVER & COOK FOR 6-7 MINS
  22. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN DONE
