Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup idli batter
  2. salt
  3. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  4. 1/4 tsp eno fruit salt
  5. 1 cup cubes of Greeb,red,yellow capsicum
  6. Tooth picks
  7. 2 tsp oil
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. salt
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  13. 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  14. 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. TAKE IDLI BATTER IN A BOWL
  2. ADD SALT AND SODA
  3. ADD ENO AND MIX THEM
  4. GREASE IDLI MOULD
  5. POUR BATTER IN IT
  6. AND MAKE IDLIES IN STEAMER
  7. WHEN COOKED LET THEM COOL
  8. DEMOULD THEM
  9. TAKE A TOOTH PICK AND ASSEMBLE IDLIES AND CAPSICUM
  10. ALL IDLI TIKKA ARE READY
  11. NOW HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD RAI
  12. ADD HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER ,CHAAT MASALA AND AMCHUR POWDER
  13. ADD SKEWERS AND TOSS THEM TO COAT MASALA ADD LITTLE WATER AND COAT MASALA
  14. OUR IDLI TIKKA ARE READY
  15. SERVE THEM WITH SAUCE
  16. AND CHUTNEY
