Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dosa rice 2 cup
  2. jaggery 1 cup
  3. Peeled small bananas 7-8
  4. salt to taste
  5. water
  6. Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. ADD BANANA, JAGGERY AND SALT TO THE SOAKED, DRAINED RICE
  2. ADD WATER AND GRIND
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. POUR THE BATTER INTO VESSEL
  5. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND MIX WELL, CLOSE THE LID, LET IT BE OVERNIGHT FERMENTATION
  6. CHECK THE FERMENTATION, MIX WELL THE BATTER
  7. HEAT A PAN, POUR OIL AND LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, CLOSE THE LID
  8. AFTER 2-3 MINUTES SPRINKLE FEW DROPS OF OIL AND FLIP OVER
  9. AFTER A MINUTE IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR, REMOVE WITH THE HELP OF SPATULA AND SERVE
