  1. Whole wheat flour 11/2 cups
  2. Ghee 1cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Baking soda 1/4tsp
  5. Brinjal 1big
  6. Garlic 2-3pieces
  7. Asafoetida a pinch
  8. Tomato 2roasted
  9. Green chutney pre-prepared
  10. Tuar daal prebp he

Instructions

  1. TAKE WHEAT FLOUR ADD SALT AND A PINCH OF BAKING SODA.GIVE MOIN OF DESI GHEE.
  2. MAKE BALLS OF EQUAL SIZE AND MAKE BATIS WITH THE PALM OF YOUR HAND
  3. BAKE BATIS IN BATI MAKER OVER GAS
  4. BAKE THEM ON BOTH SIDES TILL BROWN
  5. ROAST A BRINJAL .PRICK IT WITH KNIFE ALL OVER.FILL GARLIC AND ASAFOETIDA IN IT
  6. ADD ROASTED TOMATO AND ADD IN IT RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT
  7. YUM BATI BHARTA READY
