  1. Whole wheat rava 1 cup
  2. Water 5 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped onion 1 cup
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli 1 chopped
  8. Methi leaves chopped 1 cup

  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  11. Urad dal 1 tsp
  12. Cooking oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL, PREPARE TEMPER
  2. ADD ONION AND CHILLI, FRY TILL TENDER
  3. ADD WHOLE WHEAT RAVA
  4. POUR BOILING WATER
  5. ADD METHI LEAVES
  6. FOLLOWED BY SALT AND SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK
  8. ADD COCONUT AND SAUTE WELL, COOK UNTIL COMPLETELY WATER ABSORBED
