  1. 1 medium broccoli
  2. Marination
  3. 1tbsp tomato chilli sauce
  4. 1.5 tbsp schzewan sauce
  5. 1tbsp soy sauce
  6. 2tbsp maida
  7. 2tbsp corn flour
  8. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 4 slit green chillies
  11. Few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. CLEAN AND CUT BROCCOLI INTO FLORETS
  3. ADD ALL MARINATION INGREDIENTS TO BROCCOLI. MIX WELL. MARINATE FOR 15 MINUTES
  4. FRY BROCCOLI ON MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. FINALLY ADD SLIT GREEN CHILLIES AND CURRY LEAVES AND SAUTE
  6. SERVE HOT WITH FRIED RICE
