  3. 1 tsp chaat masala
  4. ghee for brush on parantha

Instructions

  1. TAKE DOUGH BALL AND ROLL IT OUT COVER IT WITH ALL OVER
  2. THEN SPRINKLE CHAAT MASALA ON IT
  3. AND ADJUST IT WITH FINGERS
  4. THEN FOLD IT IN THIN STRIPS OPOOSITE EACH OTHER
  5. IT WILL COME IN A LINE THEN ROLL IT IN ROUND
  6. TAKE DRY FLOUR AND ROLL IT AGAIN
  7. AND COOK ON TAWA
  8. WHEN IT COOK FROM ONE SIDE BRUSH OR WITH SPOON SPREAD GHEE FINELY
  9. AND COOK THEN FLIP IT AGAIN ADD GHEE AND COOK
  10. OUR LACCHA PARANTHA IS READY
  11. SERVE IT WITH VEGETABLE
  12. WHEN YOU TAKE IT IN YOUR HANDS AND CRUSH ALL LAYERS WILL OPEN AND IT IS CRISPY ALSO
