Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl left over urad daal khicdi
  2. 2 boil potatoes
  3. 1 piece ginger
  4. 6-8 garlic
  5. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp kabab masala
  7. 1 bowl green peas
  8. Oil for roast
  9. 1 bowl soaked soya chunks
  10. 1 tbsp black salt

Instructions

  1. LEFT OVER URAD DAAL KHICHDI GREEN PEAS GREEN CHILLI
  2. ADD GREEN PEAS GINGER
  3. ADD SOYA CHUNKS AND GARLIC GRIND ALL
  4. GARLIC ALSO
  5. THE BATTER GRIND
  6. ADD BOIL POTATOES KABAB MASALA BLACK SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. MAKE A SHAPE OF KABAB.
  8. ADD OIL IN GRIDDLE AND ROAST IT.
  9. ROAST IT
  10. FLIP IT ROAST LIGHT BROWN.
  11. READY TO EAT KABABS.
