Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 Cup Tuvr dal
  2. 1/2 Cup Channa dal
  3. 1 cup boiled rice or idli rice
  4. 2 tsp Rock salt
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Res chillies 5
  7. hing 1/2 tsp
  8. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. curry leaves
  10. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP TUVR DAL AND 1/2 CUP CHANNA DAL
  2. ADD 1 CUP BOILED RICE
  3. ADD 5 RED CHILLIES AND SOAK THEM FOR 2 HOURS
  4. ADD THEM TO BLENDER
  5. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES AND 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD 2 TSP SALT AND 1/2 TSP HING
  7. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND CURRY LEAVES
  8. MIX WELL
  9. BATTER SHOULD BE POURING CONSISTENCY. REST FOR 15 MINUTES
  10. SPREAD ADAI
  11. ADD GHEE OR OIL AND FLIP ON BOTH SIDES
  12. CRISPY ADAI READY TO SERVE
