Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 kg.paneer
  2. 1 chopped capsicum
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 4 onions chopped
  5. 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  6. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  7. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  8. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 bowl fresh cream
  12. Oil as used
  13. 2 bay leaf
  14. 1 tbsp ginger crushed
  15. 3 tomatoes chopped

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED ONIONS CHOPPED GINGER SPLIT GREEN CHILLI TOMATOES CAPSICUM CHOPPED AND CARROT COLOR RED THE PANEER.
  2. HEAT OIL IN KADAI ADD ONIONS
  3. SAUTE ONIONS ADD GINGER CAPSICUM AND CARROT
  4. SAUTE ALL WELL.
  5. SAUTE IT
  6. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  7. ADD TOMATO SAUCE
  8. ADD BAY LEAF
  9. KASURI METHI
  10. ADD RED CHILLI DHANIYA POWDER SALT AND GARAM MASALA TURMERIC
  11. MIX ALL SPICES WELL .
  12. LIKE THIS .
  13. ADD CUBES PANEER NOW .
  14. ADD FRESH CREAM.AND MIX ALL WELL
  15. MIX CREAM AND LET IT IN LOW FLAME FOR 5 MN.
  16. READY TO EAT.
