  1. Leftover rice kadubu / dumplings 2
  2. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  3. Jaggery syrup 5 tsp
  4. For seasoning..
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli 1
  8. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. MASH FINELY THE REMAINING RICE KADUBU
  2. DO SEASONING BY ADDING OIL, MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND SAUTE
  4. GRATED COCONUT
  5. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP
  6. ADD MASHED KADUBU
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. STIR WELL AND SERVE
