  1. Leftover rice kadubu /dumplings 2
  2. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tsp
  7. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  8. Red chilli 1
  9. Green chilli 1
  10. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. TAKE LEFTOVER RICE KADUBU AND MASH THEM
  2. PEEL OFF AND CHOP ONION
  3. HEAT OIL AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, LET IT SPLUTTER
  4. ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI
  5. ADD ONION AND FRY, ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND MASHED RICE KADUBU
  7. GRATED COCONUT
  8. MIX WELL
  9. SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL AND SERVE
