  1. 2 leftover kachori
  2. 1 cup tomato puree
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1/4 cup curd
  5. 2 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  6. 2 tbsp fresh malai
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp corriender powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1 onion chopped
  12. 1/2 tsp cumin
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Corriender leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A NONSTICK PAN
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP HING AND 2 TBSP CRUSHED CHILLI GINGER AND SAUTE
  3. 1/4 TSP HING
  4. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 1 CUP OF TOMATO PUREE
  6. 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. 1 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER
  8. 1/2 TSP CORRIENDER POWDER
  9. SALT TO TASTE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. COOK 3 MINUTES WITH A LID
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP CURD
  13. STIRR CONTINUOUSLY TILL OIL LEAVES
  14. ADD 2 TBSP FRESH MALAI AND MIX WELL
  15. CUT THE PIECES OF 2 KACHORI
  16. SEPARATE THE STUFFING
  17. ADD STUFFING INTO THE GRAVY
  18. ADD HALF CUP OF WATER AND COVER WITH A LID
  19. OPEN THE LID AND ADD GARAM MASALA AND KACHORI PIECES
  20. MIX AND COOK FOR FEW SECONDS
  21. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY
