using left over roties, a twisted version of a classic Italian desert. delicious and easy to cook and yummy to eat.

  1. leftover roti 4
  2. mix fruits ( pomegranate, Apple, strawberry)
  3. whipped cream 1/2 cup
  4. condensed milk 1tbsp
  5. pineapple crush 1tbsp
  6. maida slurry 1tbsp
  7. oil for fry
  8. sugar & cinnamon powder 1tsp
  9. 4

Instructions

  1. WRAP THE ROTI OVER THE ROLL, USING MAIDA SLURRY TO STIK BOTH THE ENDS ..
  2. MAKE SOME HOLES USING FORK..
  3. FRY IT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN..
  4. SAFELY REMOVE MOULD..
  5. ADD CONDENSED MILK & PINEAPPLE CRUSH IN WHIPPED CREAM..
  6. ADD ALL FRUITS....
  7. MIX WELL..
  8. FILL THE MIXTURE IN THE PIPING BAG..
  9. STUFF THE MIXTURE INTO THE CANNOLI FROM THE BOTH SIDES..
  10. SPRINKLE SUGAR & CINNAMON POWDER..
  11. READY TO EAT..!!
