Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over chapatis 2 to 3
  2. Any Left over sabji 1 cup ( or can take fresh mixed veggies of your choice too)
  3. Grated cheese 1 cup
  4. Tomato sauce as per needed
  5. Oil or butter little for greasing

Instructions

  1. LEFT OVER CHAPATIS , LEFT OVER SABJI , TOMATO SAUCE AND GRATED CHEESE
  2. APPLY TOMATO SUACE ON CHAPATI
  3. NOW, APPLY SUFFICIENT SABJI ON HALF OF THE CHAPATI
  4. TOP IT WITH GENEROUS AMOUNT OF GRATED CHEESE
  5. CAREFULLY FOLD IT AND GENTLY PRESS IT
  6. APPLY SOME OIL OR BUTTER ON GRILLER AND SOME ON CHAPATI TOO AND PLACE IT ON GRILLER
  7. CLOSE THE LID AND SWITCH ON GRILLER , AT LEAST FOR 5 TO 8 MINUTES , TILL CRISP FROM OUTSIDE
  8. NOW , ITS READY
  9. MELTED CHEESE IS OOZING OUT AND CHAPATI IS NICELY GRILLED AND CRISP FROM OUTSIDE
