  1. Left over rice 1 bowl
  2. Lemon 2 for juice
  3. Salt as needed
  4. Cooking oil as per ur taste
  5. Musturd 3/4 spoon
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. 2-3 pinch of hing
  8. Tumeric powder 1/8 spoon
  9. 3-4 tsp peanuts
  10. Red chilli 2
  11. Few curry leaf

Instructions

  1. MUSTARD SEED,SALT,TUMERIC,GREEN CHILLI,RED CHILLI,ASAFODIA,CUMIN SEED OR POWDER,CHANNA DAL,PEANUT OR CASHEWNUT.
  2. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN OIL. BY THIS STEP. FIRST MUSTURED,CUMIN SEED THEN DAL AND PEANUT, THEN CHILLIES,TURMERIC,ASAFODIA AND FINALLY CURRY LEAF.
  3. KEEP ASAID FOR MIN.
  4. NOW ADD LEMON JUICE. KEEP IT TO BOIL ONCE AND OFF.
  5. ADD TO LEFT OVER RICE AND MIX WELL
  6. READY TO TASTE
