  1. 1cup leftover upma
  2. 1 cup cornflakes
  3. 7-8 small cheese cubes( preferred mozzarella)
  4. 2tbsp corn flour
  5. 2tbsp maida

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. PULSE CORNFLAKES TO CRUMBS
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP TO FLOUR TO MAKE THIN PASTE
  4. TAKE A LEMON SIZE BALL. FLATTEN IT
  5. PLACE CHEESE CUBE AT CENTRE AND SEAL IT
  6. DUNK THE BALL IN FLOUR PASTE, COAT WELL
  7. ROLL THE BALL OVER CORNFLAKES CRUMBS. COAT WELL
  8. KEEP IT ASIDE ON A PLATE
  9. REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES
  10. HEAT OIL AND FRU UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  11. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED
  12. SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE/KETCHUP
