  3. For wrappers
  4. All purpose flour 1 cup
  5. Sooji. 2 tbsp
  6. cornstarch 3 tbsp
  7. water. 2 cups or less

Instructions

  1. SPRING ROLLS FROM LEFTOVER CABBAGE SABJI
  2. SPRING ROLLS
  3. FOR WRAPPER TAKE FLOUR, SOOJI, CORNSTARCH AND WATER
  4. MIX WELL.
  5. LIKE THIS.
  6. PREPARE BATTER OF THIN CONSISTENCY.
  7. SPREAD ON NONSTICK PAN LIKE DOSA BATTER. AND COOK FROM ONE SIDE ONLY.
  8. LEFTOVER CABBAGE SABJI.
  9. START ADDING FILLING.
  10. START ROLLING. AND SEAL THE ENDS WITH CORNFLOUR LIQUID.
  11. DEEP FRYING ROLLS.
  12. HERE COMES SPRING ROLLS .
  13. SERVE HOT WITH TAMARIND CHUTNEY.
