Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Roti 4
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 2 Chopped onions
  4. 1 chopped Tomato
  5. 1/2 Chopped capsicum
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon of Chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Few curry leaves
  10. Oil 2 teaspoon


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté well.
  2. Add chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt. Mix and sauté well.
  3. Add pepper powder.
  4. Beat the eggs and add them to the batter. Mix gently.
  5. Add curry leaves (optional).
  6. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  7. Take the left over rotis and cut them into half.
  8. Fold the roti like a samosa and add the egg filling into it.
  9. Close the roti with the help of toothpicks.
  10. Arrange the triangle roti packets and serve with tomato sauce.
