Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram pasta
  2. 1/4 cup each carrot and capsicum
  3. 1/4 cup green peas
  4. 1 big chopped onion
  5. 2 big chopped tomatoes
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp oregano
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 cup water
  11. 2 tbsp oil
  12. Cheese optional

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC, FRY FOR A FEW SECONDS
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED CARROT & CAPSICUM
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP GREEN PEAS, 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
  6. ADD 250 GMS PASTA, 2 CUPS OF WATER
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP OREGANO
  9. MIX IT WELL
  10. PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 - 4 WHISTLES ON LOW HEAT AFTER THE FIRST BIG WHISTLE
  11. YOUR PRESSURE COOKER PASTA IS READY
  12. REMOVE ON A SERVING PLATE
  13. SPRINKLE 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
