  1. Whey [the water left after making paneer by curdling milk] 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 2cups

Instructions

  1. MAKE PANEER USING MILK AND CURD
  2. WE ARE LEFT WITH VERY HEALTHY WHEY AFTER HAVING PANEER
  3. COOL IT COMPLETELY
  4. KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH USING WHEY AND WHEAT FLOUR TO MAKE EXTRA SOFT AND HEALTHY CHAPATI OR PARANTHA WITH VERY LITTLE GHEE
  5. WE CAN USE THIS TO MAKE GRAVY AS WELL AS IT IS FULL OF NUTRITION
