  1. Leftover white rice 2 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1 cup
  3. Water
  4. Sugar 1 cup
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Ghee 1 tsp
  8. Cashews few
  9. Raisins few

Instructions

  1. TAKE A CUP OF GRATED COCONUT, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  2. GRIND
  3. TAKE LEFTOVER RICE AND SQUEEZE THE GROUND COCONUT MILK
  4. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  5. ADD A PINCH OF SALT AND 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER, LET IT BE BOIL
  6. WHEN IT STARTS BOILING ADD SUGAR
  7. HEAT GHEE AND FRY CASHEWS
  8. IT IS FINELY BOILING, ADD FRIED CASHEWS
  9. ADD RAISINS AND TURN OFF THE FLAME, LET IT COOL OR SERVE IN HOT
